What does the future look like?
I am one that pushes for thinking out side the box, embracing change, having either a strategic plan or a form of project management. I like to think that a plan such as an 18 month, 3 year and 5 year plan is necessary to manage what is happening in life.
Now, why does that not happen? It is the strangest thing I have had to deal with being where I am now. Shoot from the hip is what the mantra is, or at least that is what we see. No one is willing to sit down and round table a discussion to discuss problems and solutions. If you do not agree, well, make sure you can clear your desk in 30 minutes or less.
Side note: always back up your drives at least once a week if you do major documentation and have a contacts list that is changing. Just FYI
